  Greg Costikyan
            Chief Executive Officer

Greg Costikyan has designed more than 30 commercially published board, roleplaying, online, computer, and mobile games. He has written extensively on games, design, and industry business for publications that include the New York Times, Wall Street Journal Interactive, Salon, Game Developer magazine, and The Escapist. His games have won five Origins Awards, a Gamer's Choice Award, and have been selected on more than a dozen occasions for Games Magazine's Games 100, their annual round-up of the best games in print. He is an inductee into the Adventure Gaming Hall of Fame for a lifetime of accomplishment, and has lectured at the Copenhagen ITU, the University of Art & Design Helsinki, and SUNY/Stony Brook and he speaks frequently at industry conferences including GDC, E3, and DiGRA. His speech on the lack of innovation in the modern game industry at the 2005 GDC received a standing ovation.

Greg began his career when he was 14, assembling and shipping games for Simulations Publications, Inc., for whom he designed 6 games before he grauated from college. Over the years, he has also served as Director of R&D for West End Games, a house husband, lead designer for Crossover Technologies, Chief Design Officer for Unplugged Games (a mobile games start-up he co-founded in 2000), a game industry consultant, and a games researcher for Nokia. As a consultant, his clients have included Viacom, Mattel, France Telecom, Sarnoff Corporation, IBM, Intel, Nokia, the Themis Group, and Roland Berger & Partner.

He left Nokia in 2005 to found Manifesto Games.

He is the author of four published novels and a number of short stories.

  Nathan Solomon
            President

Nathan comes to Manifesto Games with an impressive background. He was Vice-President of Business Development at EB Games; during his tenure, it was the largest specialty retailer of videogames. While at EB, he dealt with customer-facing opportunities involving new technologies, including digital distribution, mobile efforts, and a variety of cross-departmental initiatives. Prior to EB, Nathan held senior roles with national advertising agencies as Executive Producer and Chief Technologist. Nathan also produced and directed commercials and was a fellow of the American Film Institute. He co-founded GameFlood.com, enabling downloads of incremental third-party content into games.

  Bill Folsom
            Vice President, Business Development & Developer Relations

Bill Folsom has been involved with sales and business development for a variety of media companies, including books, magazines, internet and games, for the past twenty years. His publishing experience includes Reader’s Digest, The Berkley Publishing Group, where he was the Director of Special Markets, and American Express Publishing, where he served as Director of Business Development, Online Media. He has worked as a consultant, including to game developer Crossover Technologies, and was Director of Sales and Business Development for Arkadium Games. At Manifesto Games, he is responsible for creating key partnerships with the developer community and developing strategic business partnerships. He holds degrees from Dartmouth College and the Stern School of Business. When not working for the greater glory of Manifesto Games, Bill may be found underground, literally, as he enjoys exploring caves. He also is the Treasurer of the Northeastern Cave Conservancy.

  Eleanor Lang
            Vice President, Marketing & Public Relations

Eleanor Lang has spent nearly two decades working with personal entertainment and pop culture, in book publishing, comics, games, and technology. She has been in charge of public relations for the biggest science fiction programs in the Anglophone world, including Tor, Berkley/Ace, and Del Rey, a division of Random House, where she also founded and published the Impact line of seminal F&SF reprints. She was responsible for the publicity launch of DC Comics’ Vertigo line, and has been involved with the games industry since 1995. Working as a consultant, she has designed and executed marketing and PR campaigns for a variety of clients, including in the publishing, educational, and mobile fields.
