The Egg Files is a game that requires lightning quick reflexes, samurai spirit and a will to power. OK, maybe it does not need all that but it is fun. At least that's what the judges at the Independent Games Festival thought.
In this game you play Mr. Rooster and your mission is to thwart an army of interloping aliens from abducting all the chickens in the world... they're crazy about eggs - we're not sure why.
Your friend Colonel Kluck has provided you with a few tools to help you oust these villains from our good planet:
- Rooster Booster which you use to envelope the enemy and send them back to the parallel universe they emerged from
- Hen grenades from genetically engineered chickens can be used as missiles to bring down their ship.
Along the way there are a bunch of power ups to help you along as well: - Super Speed - Tank - Atomic Blast - Long Lasso - Super Shielding

I love this game! I love Mr. Rooster! I love those little space ships! Why? They're goofy. They make me laugh. The faster and faster the games goes, the more and more I laugh. Sometimes when the overwhelming responsibilities of doing PR & Marketing for Manifesto Games seem, well, overwhelming, I fire up The Egg Files and play for a bit, just for a giggle. You want this game. Really. I mean, unless you don't like to laugh and have fun.
