1C Company specializes in distribution, publishing and development of interactive entertainment products and business software. Founded in 1991, 1C has become the leading publisher and distributor of computer games in Eastern and Central Europe.

We publish and distribute titles of all leading Russian independent development studios and games of international publishers as Activision, Ascaron, Atari, Bethesda, CDV, Codemasters, Dreamcatcher, Empire Interactive, Interplay, JoWooD, LucasArts, Microids, Miscrosoft, Novalogic, Paradox Entertainment, Take 2, THQ, Ubisoft Entertainment, Vivendi Universal Games, Wanadoo and many others.

1C producers played a major role in the development of more than 100 games of various genres. Since autumn 1998 we have released a strong line of localized products in Russia acting as a co-publisher and distributor for our long-term strategic partners Snowball Interactive, Nival Interactive (since autumn 1999) and Logrus (since 2000). We distribute games for over 45 publishers.

We have a strong in-house game development team that created IL-2 Sturmovik, IL-2 Sturmovik: Forgotten Battles, Ace Expansion Pack and Pacific Fighters - the award-winning WWII combat flight simulators (worldwide publisher Ubisoft Entertainment). 1C is currently working on Theatre of War (World War II RTS) and Storm of War: Battle of Britain (working title) - fifth game in IL-2 Sturmovik series.

PLAYSTATION® 2 DISTRIBUTION

1C Company has started PS2 games distribution in Russia since spring 2004, and PSP games distribution since autumn 2005. We distribute games of numerous international publishers, including Square Enix, Codemasters, Empire Interactive, Atari, VU Games, Ignition Entertainment and others. Among PS2 and PSP titles, distributed by 1C in Russia, are such hits as Dragon Quest: The Journey of the Cursed King, TOCA Race Driver 3, Fahrenheit, Worms 4 Mayhem, Driv3r for PS2, Mercury and Colin McRae Rally 2005 Plus for PSP. By the end of 2005, in addition to English-only line-up of PS2 games, 1C released special versions of Syberia II and Obscure by Microids, fully localized by Logrus.
