49Games was founded at the beginning of 2004 by trade intimates Peter Cukierski, Florian Knappe, Thomas Mahlke, Dierk Ohlerich (all formerly VCC Entertainment), and managing director Jan-Hendrik Ohl.

Our business is the development and publication of entertainment software for PC and video game consoles. The 49Games partners and employees have many years of experience in the entertainment software industry.

Products

The licences for the "RTL Ski Jumping" series (PC, PlayStation®, & PlayStation®2) were taken over from VCC Entertainment, this success story continues with the publication of "RTL Ski Jumping 2005" (PC & PlayStation®2).

This series has sold more than 1 million copies worldwide and turned into a reliable Top 5 hit in the German sales charts.
