solid first outing

This is an excellent first outing by a creator from whom I expect to see great things. The tone and setting of the story are superb and the voice acting is great--although the quality of the recording could be better in places. The game quickly drew me into its world and told a great, though short, story.

However the graphics are merely functional and the gameplay is quite inconsistent. In places it requires huge leaps of logic and at one point it commits the cardinal sin of adventure games: requiring you to do a set of arbitrary actions in a specific order before a certain character is available for conversation.

Keep a walk-through handy to enjoy this engrossing but flawed short game.
