Universal Binary??

I just bought this game and now, having downloaded it (the demo link was busted) I find it is a PowerPC application. To make matters worse, it seems to be crashing on my MacBook when I try to run it.

When will a Intel version of this game be available? If there are no plans, I'd like a refund.
