ZX3 demo fails on startup

I've tried playing the demo for Ninjastarmeggedon, but I've been stymied by an error on bootup. After running the executable, a progress bar appears, which stops at 25%. An error dialog appears beneath the main window, complaining about a missing mvbMath.dll. (Actually I no longer get that particular message because I downloaded the MIVA script compiler, http://docs.smallbusiness.miva.com/en-US/merchant/WebHost/webhelp/miva_script_compiler_4.htm
imagining that might provide the correct library, but I got a different error instead: 'Run-time error 453: Can't find DLL entry point AnimateCatmullRom in MvbMath.dll.)

Anyway, I can't play the demo. Cool name though.
