Unable to activate game

Hi, I bought Aveyond yesterday after enjoying the demo and I haven't been able to activate it since. I just get the message that the activation servers are unreachable. Could someone look into this?

Probably a firewall issue--but I contacted bjorkie, and we activated by phone.
