Highly Recommended

Battle for Wesnoth is a very solid game. The most impressive thing about it is the fact that it's OSS, but don't let that distract you from the high level of polish. It's not about graphics (nor I imagine sound, but I play muted), it's about well rounded and deep gameplay. That's exactly what you want from a Turn Based Strategy title, right?

If you like commanding forces in tactical and strategic battles, but don't like twitch, then you should obviously give this game a try. I mean -come on- its free!
