Stuck on finding sleeping dust

think i hit a glitch

rather than pledge loyalty with the miltant squirrels
i chose to squeal on them by telling the people of
Brumfield the squirrels stole their corn

now...when i need the sleeping dust to knock that
ogre out to find oyane....its not in the miltant cave

what do i do ?
