New member uncertainty - box or download?

Just joined and bought my first Manifesto game.

One thing I greatly disliked about the process was that there was no indication up front of whether I was buying a download or a physical box. The ordering system suggested physical box - the first thing it insists on is a postal address, and I was being shown "Shipping" and "Billing" addresses right up to the end. Ultimately I concluded that it was in fact a download, simply because there was no surcharge for a non-US address.

I don't buy boxed games online - delivery is too inconvenient, and I don't want to have to worry about Starforce-style malware - so a clear statement would have helped. I came to this site a few weeks ago and tried a few demos, but was put off buying by this issue.
