So, i work in an Cyber Cafe and was would love it if we had more of these games available to play in the shop (All we have is the mainstream big budget identathon games).
I was wondering if there would be some way of 'bulk buying' some of the games at a reduced price, or some way of getting multi-user licenses. Is there a way?
I should note that I don't run the place and so am unaware of how the licensing works as a rule anyway, I know that we are registered with IGUK, the relevant UK trading body, and apparently what we pay them covers most of these issues, when I get a chance I'll ask at the forums there, and see if they might want to establish some kind of agreement with you.
It would be great for us in that it could greatly expand the number of games we have available for customers, and I think it'll be great for you and the developers, getting new people to try the games, espeically if they are all on our systems under a manifesto games heading. The customers find out about the games, find out about the site, and then (hopefully) come and buy some games for their home computers, joy for us all.
Anyway, Fantastic site and keep it up.
I'd be interested to see how this would work out, actually. Certainly games like Gibbage could work well in a Cyber cafe, because of the multiplayer aspect. When the jostling starts, it tends to draw a crowd, too...
