UserBase Committee?

While we be able to comment about games on forums and so, it will be nice if a link been appended to the title official rating/review to include a (registered)user(base) score and/or reviews.
Perhaps even (or rather, rather) have a semi-official/endorsed commitee of users whose oppinions be displayed there.
