One of the most utterly addicting games I have played in a long time

My second download from Manifesto!, and on this one I scored. I played it for about six or seven hours on the very first day. Gameplay boils down to, you can move/fire one ship piece per turn. If the move lands adjacent to another one of your ship pieces, that one may fire as well. Fog of war is in effect, so locating the opposing fleet is required, either through battleship-like recon by fire, or by sending out cruiser-scouts. Damage accumulates and ammo depletes in a reasonably believable fashion. Cards and "power-ups" also add to play. I admit I had definitely looked askance at these last two, but I have to admit - they work in the context of this game.

Download the game. Try it out. If your are into naval, and you aren't expecting Jutland or (post-victorian) Harpoon - you won't be disappointed.
