Tech support for games

This is related to the bug discussion for Battle Castles (ho rampart!) here.

costik posted the tech support email for Battle Castles, which is great. But I'm wondering if there are plans for such emails to appear in the capsule pages for games? That would be incredibly helpful if they could. If I missed the one of BC, my apologies. But I didn't see it in the game page for it here or on the RustyAxe site.

Hm. Well, we don't have support emails for all developers, although we do for many. It might make sense to expose those on the developer pages.

Nod - I understand they won't always be available. If they are, I think having an easily accessible link would be a nice addition, possibly with the standard protections in place to avoid spam issues (like not posting the actual easy to access via bot email).

OTOH, maybe the forums will be enough, I dunno.

Well, while some devs may check out our forums from time to time, it's probably asking too much to assume they'll do so consistently.

But I think what we need is a webform to email for support, so we don't post their support addresses in spiderable form.

Another thing to stick on the to-do list....

Not sure how this one came about - the game was played front to back before initial release on insane level. Nonetheless, I've just confirmed it. I'll post a fix when I've got one and give freebies to the two users who sent me the initial emails bringing the problem to my attention.
