Must Preview before submitting

Not sure if this is a glitch or you want it this way. When I posted a new topic in the Spirit Wars boards, I was only given a preview button. I couldn't submit the post untill I previewed it. After I did the submit button magically appeared. When replying I have been able to post without previewing.

P.S. When I went to submit this post I only have a preview button agian so it isn't just a one time thing.

Yes, this is the way the posting system is setup currently.
