Known Issues

For some reason, the "download" button was not appearing in the demo block even if you were registered.

This was BAD for two reasons: First, we told you you could get Plasmaworm for free if you registered by going there and clicking "download." But you couldn't. Second, some people registered because they wanted specific game demos, and couldn't get them.

This should be solved now.

If you're still haveing problems, please let me know ASAP at greg at manifestogames dot com.

Hi, I still don't see any download buttons on any of the games I've checked out. Your site seems nice, and I think I'm going to be glad I signed up even without the downloads, but it was the free Plasmaworm that made me register today and not wait.

I'm posting this here, and sending you an email too, because I want to praise your site publicly, and also so that if any one else still has the problem, they'll know they aren't alone.

We're sorry, the problem continues to persist. We are working on it, and thank you for any patience you're able to have with us while we work on this.

Yep, I was clearly too sanguine when I said "solved." It isn't. We're working on it.

In the meantime, if there's a particular demo you want to get (or Plasmaworm after registering), please email me at greg at manifestogames dot com, and i'll pass on the URL to let you do so. And apologies for the problems.

(We are in beta....)

I'm getting this block from the Plasmaworm download button:

Yep! Getting that on all downloads at the moment, and it being a Saturday night, I suspect we're screwed until tomorrow morning, anyway.

You can get Plasmaworm here, though:

Actually, no, it's not on all downloads--only on downloads from games that have user reviews. Why -that- should be affecting the demo block I'm not sure, and the user reviews are also not appearing. But progress, of a sort.

Oh, yeah. This has been fixed and hopefully permanently. Enjoy your demos!
